Esther Santamaria is a dedicated Broker Associate with Cervera Real Estate, bringing more than a decade of combined experience in luxury high-rise property management and residential sales. Born and raised in Miami Beach, Esther’s deep roots in the community began through her early involvement in local parks and recreation programs and evolved into a passion for serving her city through real estate. After obtaining her LCAM license in 2014 and real estate license in 2015, she developed a unique skill set that bridges condominium operations and sales, providing those she represents with an important advantage in South Florida’s dynamic real estate market.

Throughout her career, Esther has overseen luxury high-rise properties across Aventura and Brickell and represented buyers and sellers of single-family homes, multifamily properties, condominiums, and select commercial real estate. Her in-depth knowledge of condominium operations, including governance, building services, capital projects, financials, and legal compliance, allows her to provide thoughtful guidance on both the transaction and the long-term considerations of ownership. Her current focus includes luxury residential sales, new construction, seller representation, international buyers, relocation, and select commercial advisory.
